An intrinsic synergy between Sound, Images and Objects
Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist, Gasquk, has been involved in music, art and media since childhood, having born in a family surrounded by different forms of expressions. His studies in Architecture brought him to re-discover the sensibility of shapes that is clearly an aspect to feel in his pieces of art, pictures, audio and video installations, graphic designs, digital collages and music productions, bringing with a non-conventional audio-visual perspective from a personal aesthetic.
Guillermo Rivadeneira is an interdisciplinary artist with BC (Hons) in Architecture (Universidad Javeriana y Piloto) in Bogota, Colombia, professional courses in music and art (Universität der Künste) in Berlin, Germany, arduino and video-image (Fundacion Telefonica) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with several years of experience in the fields of visuals, graphic design, digital-image, sound, illustration and photography, involved with music and art since childhood because of his family roots.
As a music producer, Guillermo is an active representative of ambient, experimental, techno and modern electronic music, with several releases on vinyl, cd and digital in some known record labels including his own imprints.
On the other hand performing live is also his passion, having played several clubs and festivals in Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, The Netherlands, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and Dominican Republic.
From 2018 to 2019, Guillermo had the opportunity to be part of the active team of artists and creatives in an atelier-house in East Berlin, Australische Botschaft Berlin-Ost, giving him essential tools to approach and develop artistic ideas as a molecular part of the city’s composition, taking his aesthetic perception free of barriers, languages and frontiers.
Since 2011 Guillermo hosts two-monthly radio shows, featuring some of his latest productions and mixes; besides world known guests. Since the Corona outbreak, Guillermo host several live-streaming per week.
